I'm not sure who liked soccer the most this spring, Charlie, Matt or Will... Charlie is what I would call a relaxed player. He loves to run after the ball, but not so much on rebounding if that is what you call it in soccer. He has stated several times that he wants to be goalie, so maybe that is where his future lies.

End of Year show
Charlie had his end of year preschool show today. Matt and Will thoroughly enjoyed running around in the playground afterwards. It is hard to believe another year has passed by... and a little bittersweet that we are leaving Charlie's school after camp ends this year. We'll be starting with a new preschool this fall that is much closer (walking distance), smaller and a church school.
It's amazing how many factors go into play making these decisions. Before I had kids, I thought these decisions would be so easy or why would anyone settle? But I'm learning quickly that you can't always get all your wishes (proximity, fit for 3 kids at 1 time, great teachers, great facilities, a homey feel, friends, carpool, flexibility, etc) in one nicely wrapped package. And so the lessons continue...

Strawberry Picking
Sunday we went strawberry picking. Strawberries are really my favorite. On ice cream, in ice cream, strawberry jelly, fresh, you name it. There is a story of me being a toddler being left alone... eating all the strawberries picked at the sitter's house.
I wonder if Matt may have a little of that gene...
I wanted to spend the day doing something with the kids, where we could just enjoy the day. And it was just that. We really had a great time at Chesterfield Berry Farms, they have quite the set up for kids... animals, wagon rides, hay tunnels, sand hills, moonbounce and a great bbq sandwich.
This trip was a bit different,
than our last...

Brushing Teeth and other things...
Every night as we set out toothbrushes, I wonder if I will remember this 30 years from now, so we decided to document it.
You would think brushing your teeth was the best thing ever. Who knows what type of sugar they put in that toothpaste. Matt and Will certainly love it. That is licking the toothpaste off the brush... not sure if much else happens.
In other worlds, we had Charlie's 3rd soccer Sat. this past weekend. I felt we had a monumental moment. This week, there was more of an 'actual' game than previous weeks and I felt like I was watching Charlie grow up in front of my eyes... time moves fast.
